Building relationships to the ocean through science, art, and community

Inspired by Nerd Nite's magical combination of science talks in informal venues and by my personal obsession with science-art combinations, in March 2024 I hosted a community event to 'Celebrate the Coast'. This event brought local scientists, visual artists, musicians, and oyster farmers from the Sunshine Coast together to share inspiring ocean-themed content.
